Summer PD Series FAQ (Frequent Questions)
Why be a member when I can pay once?
This is a decision only you can make. However, know that with the purchase of a membership, the trainings vault is included in your membership (this includes Summer PD Series 2024, 2023), along with access to The Vault (which is a searchable IEP goal bank), exclusive members only resource area, and new trainings each month.
When you purchase only the Summer PD Series, you will not have access to any other membership perks, including future trainings, our Intentional IEP Writing and Data Collection courses, or exclusive member resources, and you will only have access to the trainings for 6 months.
How long will I have access to the SPS trainings for?
If you purchase just the trainings, you will have access to the trainings for 6 months.
If you purchase or have a membership, as long as you are a member you will have access.
Are the trainings live? Or can we watch at any time?
All sessions are prerecorded. You’ll be able to watch and rewatch at any time from anywhere. There will be the video, transcripts if you prefer to read, as well as an audio only file if you want to listen while you drive, clean, cook or something else.
Can I buy access to just 1 or 2 trainings?
There is no option for purchasing only one or two sessions. When you purchase access, it’s an all access pass to all of the Summer PD Series.
Will I get a certificate for PD hours?
Yes. At the end of the Summer PD Series there will be an option to download a certificate of completion worth 10 credit hours. This won’t be available until the end of July, and it will be up to your school/district to honor the PD hours for continuing education credits.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Due to the digital nature of your purchase, we do not offer refunds on your purchase of the Summer PD Series or membership.
