  1. Brooke B. –

Classroom teachers are loving having this IEP at a glance to reference quickly!

  2. Tania M. –

This resource is absolutely perfect for my binder, walking into a class in the second semester with limited information on students and no goals having been met I walked into a train wreck. Thank you so much for this quick and easy document I can take with me to a meeting and run through very quickly for my students (whom are new to me).

  3. Kelli H. –

I love this! I fill it out when I’m placing preschool speech and language students to give to the teachers. They also love it!

  4. Lessons with Leadership & Love –

Though I did not use it to its fullest potential, it was helpful in helping me organize my caseload.

  5. Lisa Storti –

This resource is great at putting all the info in an IEP onto one sheet. I do wish their was more room for the accommodations as some of my students have many. Many times, I’ve had to write them all on the back. Even if it had a handful listed and you could check the box next to it might make things simpler. Overall, love this resource. Also, find it helpful to share with classroom teachers who need to know info about students with IEP’s. Back to the accommodations though- most classroom teachers need to know that more than anything so having a larger space for those needs would be super helpful!

  6. KaeJae –

Used this form to help create a customized school counseling binder to assist in note taking and record keeping before transferring to school database.

  7. Madeline H. –

I loved this resource! I shared it with my general education teachers, many of whom do not know how to read IEPs. This is so helpful to get the general education and special education teachers on the same page!

  8. Christina P. –

  9. Gillian E. –

Such a great resource for making sure important info is in one condensed place.

  10. Sandra Parham –

How in the world did I manage without this before? Great for data notebooks and progress reports.

  11. Janet Y. –

I used this for my own organization. I hate to have to dig to find information when writing an IEP. This allowed me to have most items right at my finger tips. I did have to take the time to fill in and with 12 to 14 students it can get time consuming. But, I’ll have most of the information available the next time I need it.

  12. Jodi W. –
