Welcome to Pillar 4: Collaboration

As you move through Pillar 4, you can check off each exercise as it’s completed:

• Determine who is on each of your students’ IEP Teams.
• Download the IEP Team Member PDF from the Member Resources and fill out for each student. Share with the student’s family.
• Download Services Sign In and Related Service Reminders from Member Resources.
• Download Contact Log from Member Resources.
• Download Collaboration Form and implement in your classroom.
• Update your Professional Development Log (found in Member Resources).
