Given a specified period of time, student will develop a written plan for how much sleep that he/she needs to get and how much food that he/she needs to eat, and self-monitor his/her behavior by tracking the actual amount of sleep he/she gets and how much food that he/she eats, in order to determine if he/she needs to adjust his/her sleep schedule or food consumption in X% of observed opportunities measured at least X times per specified time period.
